Screen flickers when we using the laptop and plugged in A/C cord, Howerver when we remove the cord, it runs smoothly on the battery, Sometime we notice that battery is not charging at all with my laptop running, but when we hibernate or shut down it charges faster.
Diagnosis
The video "refresh rate" is switching between 60Hz (on AC power) and 50Hz (on battery power), and the screen momentarily goes blank.
Solution
While on AC power, Desktop > Right Click > Display Settings > Advanced Display setting > Refresh Rate, set the Screen Refresh Rate to 50 Hertz. After applying these settings, the blinking problem gets fixed.
